We are once again offering our annual Assist-A-Family program, helping to meet the holiday gifts needs of clients served at YWCA Kalamazoo!
We hope that you will join us as an Assist-A-Family donor again this year. You can match with a family by visiting the following link, and clicking “select now.”
We don’t accept any used clothing, toys, or pillows. Personal care products, diapers, and menstrual products must be brand new and unopened. We ask that donated towels, bedding, and winter coats are new or very gently used with no stains or tears. Used books and houseware items must be in good condition.
The Dream Center and Deacon’s Conference are alternative donation locations for unaccepted items.
Donations can be delivered to our office at 353 E. Michigan Avenue, downtown Kalamazoo, on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am – 5pm.

With our needs changing on a regular basis, if you are interested in donation an item not listed, please call ahead so we may assess the need for that item.
Donations are distributed based on program need. Excess goods may be distributed to other charities as needed.
You can now donate critical in-kind items online and have them delivered directly to us.
